The bhojan will be free for all members however it does require to be funded as a separate event. We estimate that the average cost per person inclusive of meal, hall hire, etc is £10 and the Mandal would need to raise at least £2000 towards this. We would therefore welcome any donations towards the bhojan fund, please contact any of the EC should you wish to contribute. There will be a £5 charge for any guest/non-members over 10 years. Also, on the day, we would be very grateful for any volunteers who are able to help.

Shree Parshavnat Digamber JinMandir Pratishtha Mahotsav Sammed Shikhar
Saturday 24th November 2012 – Thursday 29th November 2012
The significance and importance of Sammed Shikar is known to most of the Mumukshu and Jain community. No fewer than 20 Tirthankars of the last era and countless Muni have attained Moksh from this sacred site. It has been a prominent pilgrimage site for most Mumukshus atleast once during their lives and will continue its role in awakening all devotees; past, present and future; to the true value of the Soul and the spiritual journey to attain true enlightenment.
It therefore gives us great pleasure in sharing the news that a new Kund Kund Kahan Nagar and Shree Parshavnath Digamber JinMandir is being established in Sammed Shikhar, the opening and Pratishta Mahotsav of which will take place in November 2012.
For further information, please see the attached invitation for the festival (also displayed on the Mandir noticeboard) or contact kktrust1976@yahoo.com.
