To enable an accurate list for catering purposes, please give your names if you will be attending to Surendrabhai or Naliniben. The bhojan will be free for all members however it does require to be funded as a separate event. We estimate that the average cost per person inclusive of meal, hall hire, etc is £10 and the Mandal would need to raise at least £2000 towards this. We would therefore welcome any donations towards the bhojan fund, please contact any of the EC should you wish to contribute. There will be a £5 charge for any guest/non-members over 10 years. Also, on the day, we would be very grateful for any volunteers who are able to help.
