Puja is one kind of devotion to Jinendra Bhagwan. It is normally carried out first thing in the morning after bathing and with clean clothing. If one can avoid eating before the ceremony, that is best because one should feel that how can I eat before having shown my devotion to Bhagwan. The real benefit of such worship is to keep away from the passions and pleasures of the senses.
You need some ingredients called
'argh' in order to carry out the ceremony (though you can also
do Puja without these ingredients). These ingredients and there
