1000 years after Kundkund Acharya Dev, Amratchandra Acharya wrote commentary on Samaysar called Atma Khyati. Whilst Kundkund Acharya Dev did the work of a Tirthankar in this era, Amratchandra Acharya did the work of a garndhar. Whilst Kundkund Acharya dev made a temple in the form of samaysar, Amratchandra Acharya dev put the kalash on the temple with his writing of the kalash on the samaysar. Pujya Shree Kanji Swami then put the flag on the kulush in the form of discourses on samyasar. After Amratchandra Acharya there were many pundits for example, pundit Todarmalji who wrote Moksh Marg Prakashak and was likened to Acharyakalp ( a highly knowledgeable person like an Acharya monk), Daulatramji who wrote 6 dhala, Banarasidasji who wrote Samaysar Natak, etc.
